YOUR AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Firstly, you will complete a consultation form to help decide on the kind of treatment that is best suited to you. Scent-preferences are a highly personal matter, and Jo finds that her clients prefer the aromas of the oils that are best suited to their needs at the time. Only good quality oils are used, most are organic.

Once you are lying on the massage couch, covered with clean towels and listening to gentle music, all you have to do is relax and enjoy! You may wish to have a full body massage, or a shorter massage concentrating on a specific area, e.g. back and neck. Many clients enjoy a combined Massage and Reflexology treatment.
