A study carried out at Walsall’s Manor Hospital on 100 overdue mums-to-be revealed that reflexology can have a "hugely beneficial effect". The results show shorter labour times for women who had received the reflexology treatments. It was also found that fewer women in the reflexology group needed strong pain relief.
